VABA Preseason Accelerated Hitting Camp
This 4 week camp will equip you with all of the tools needed to prepare for your 2024 Spring tryouts & season! Our experienced staff will work with each player on their mechanics and create a tangible plan that they can take into the season!
Accelerated Hitting Camp Details
Duration: 4 total sessions (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)
Dates: 1/27 - 2/17 (every Friday)
Location: 564 Central Drive, Virginia Beach, VA (Indoor training complex of the Bryant & Stratton Bobcats)

Camp Focus Points
Body Activation
We want all players to learn how to activate and use their whole body in their swings. A main focus of this camp will be activation drills to generate power and consistency!
Usable Drills & Reminders
All players will leave this camp with a PLAN that they can take into the Spring. We will personally break down each players swing and give them tools to use outside of this 4 week camp!
Rhythm and Timing
Biggest component of hitting is being on time and in a good hitting position! This camp will focus on how to identify when to start your swing and consistently be on time.
